6th Grade Parent Orientation

The 6th grade team cordially invites all incoming 6th grade parents to participate in an orientation designed to assist parents in creating a successful transition from elementary to middle schoo.
By the end of the orienation, parents will have:
- Heard about the characteristics of early adolescent learners.
- Heard about the middle school structures.
- Discussed 6th Grade grading and reporting procedures.
- Discussed communication tools and resources.
- Heard about Outdoor Education.
- Discussed students organization for middle school sucess.
